This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may request cancellation of orders, services, bookings, or subscriptions purchased through https://www.mentovixqubex.com.

1. Customer-Initiated Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at mentovixqubex@gmail.com.

Please provide your name, order number, purchase date, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and the type of product or service purchased. We will inform you whether the cancellation can be completed.

2. Physical Products

Orders may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch or fulfilment begins.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, any available return or refund option will be governed by our Refund Policy, the product-specific terms, and applicable law.

Exceptions and remedies required by applicable consumer-protection law will continue to apply.

3. Digital Products and Online Services

Access to digital products, downloads, online services, or other electronically delivered offerings may begin shortly after payment.

Once access has been provided or a service has commenced, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

Any restriction on cancellation or refund must be clearly communicated before payment and will not override mandatory legal rights.

4. Appointments, Bookings, and Consultations

If we offer appointments, bookings, or consultations, the applicable cancellation deadline and any associated charges will be disclosed when the booking is made.

To cancel, contact us using the details provided in your booking confirmation. We will confirm whether the cancellation has been accepted and whether a refund or rescheduling option is available.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If we offer recurring subscriptions, you may request cancellation using the account controls or contact method provided for the relevant subscription.

Where available, cancellation will generally prevent future renewals after the current billing period. Any different effect, including immediate termination, will be explained in the subscription terms.

Charges already incurred, unused subscription periods, and refunds will be handled according to the subscription terms and applicable law.

We will not treat a cancellation request as permission to impose undisclosed fees or disregard mandatory consumer rights.

6. Cancellation by Mentovix Qubex

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product or service is unavailable.
• A material pricing or listing error has occurred.
• A payment cannot be verified.
• Fraud, abuse, or an unlawful transaction is reasonably suspected.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

Where we cancel a paid order and a refund is due, we will inform you and initiate the applicable refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Refunds Following Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically mean that a refund is due in every circumstance. Any refund will depend on the purchase type, the stage of fulfilment, the terms disclosed before payment, and applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed upon. Payment providers and banks may require additional time to complete the transaction.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on our website with its latest revision date. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued or rights protected by applicable law.
